Coach in Serris, France is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate at Coach La Vallée Outlet—deliver luxury client service and drive omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and targeted recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and assist with stockroom management and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust‑based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personalised selling strategies.
  • Experience operating POS systems (including Mobile POS) and using tablet/laptop devices in a retail environment.
  • Strong English proficiency required (explicitly stated for EU roles).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills advantageous.
