Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all times.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video and live-stream formats — to capture customer data and convert prospects.
- Source new clients, manage follow-ups and close sales across in-store and omni-channel touchpoints (including online order pick-ups).
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; ensure compliance with POS and retail policies.
- Manage multiple customers concurrently while maintaining high service standards and professional composure.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools and the ability to capture and act on customer data.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and following retail operational procedures.
- Strong English language proficiency (explicit requirement).
- Social-media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays; resilient in fast-paced retail environments.

Experience
Minimum one year of customer-facing retail sales experience; prior luxury retail exposure and a demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs, clienteling and omni-channel selling are highly desirable.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
