Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short‑form video to capture client data, drive repeat purchases and support omnichannel fulfilment (online pickup, returns, exchanges).
  • Manage day‑to‑day store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining high service standards.
  • Receive shipments, stock product, participate in inventory cycles and enforce asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional, calm demeanour on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfort using mobile POS solutions and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and customer data acquisition are desirable.
