Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni-channel interactions into sales.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures, and support inventory cycles (receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation).
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and fully stocked while following asset protection policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS solutions (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail trading patterns.
- Social-media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and social selling (preferred).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable track record meeting sales KPIs and using clienteling/mobile POS tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
