Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Seoul: deliver personalised luxury retail service and drive sales for Coach in Seoul.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships and perform timely follow-ups to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Execute daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and product movement.
  • Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and stocked; participate in inventory cycles including receiving and stocking shipments.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); basic computer proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to work nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Preferred: social media literacy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least 1 year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
