Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul, South Korea — deliver elevated luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build durable client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and consultative selling.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat business.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs set by the store leadership.
- Manage the sales floor energy, serve multiple clients simultaneously, and adapt selling approaches to store traffic and business priorities.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a tidy, organised sales floor and stockroom; comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems, including Mobile POS and tablet devices (iPad).
- Ability to operate retail communications (walkie-talkie) and read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling systems is required; live-streaming or social commerce experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
