Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated customer service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation; follow POS, asset protection and brand retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock product and manage internal product movement.
- Adapt quickly to business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store‑level campaigns; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and develop personal sales plans.
- Practical experience operating POS systems and performing basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Comfortable using communication devices (walkie‑talkie) and reading price/release documentation.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion; demonstrated success with clienteling and meeting sales targets. Experience using digital selling tools and social commerce is preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
