Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and tailored fashion advice.
  • Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, manage follow‑up activities and close sales across in‑store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor; manage multiple customers while adapting selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom organisation and compliance with POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviour accordingly and maintain a calm, professional demeanour during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS systems.
  • Experience using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
