Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and properly stocked.
  • Adhere to POS, asset protection and loss-prevention procedures while processing transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand trainings and initiatives, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Comfort using clienteling tools, social selling channels and conducting live or video product demonstrations (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Customer-focused demeanour, professional attitude and capacity to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
