Coach Sales Associate in Scottsdale, Arizona. Full retail position blending luxury service with omni-channel selling and modern POS/clienteling technologies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to established brand service and style standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend guidance
- Drive sales revenue through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers and maintain ongoing relationships to close sales and build a loyal client base
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining elevated service standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement
- Assist team members across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets, release sheets, and operational documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment; luxury retail background is preferred. Candidates with equivalent combinations of relevant education and professional experience will be considered. Demonstrated social media savvy, familiarity with live-stream shopping, and proficiency with clienteling and data acquisition platforms are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or professional certification in retail, fashion, or related disciplines is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
