Coach Sales Associate position in Scottsdale, Arizona. Luxury retail role blending personalized customer service, omni-channel selling, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic retail environment
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
