Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions, and support omni‑channel sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain high floor standards—manage multiple customers, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support team performance and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service training is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
