Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of individual sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and comply with POS and asset-protection policies.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked sales floor; lift and move merchandise as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and to execute personal sales plans.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; familiarity with inventory processes and reading price/release sheets.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and delivering short-form video or live-stream demos (preferred).
- Strong English verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver in a busy retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; background in luxury or fashion retail preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working in fast-paced store environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer-service coursework or vocational training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
