Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate III in Schaumburg, IL to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive client loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling, cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and promote repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
  • Source new customers, maintain follow‑up communication and close sales across channels (in‑store, online pickup, returns, exchanges).
  • Perform daily operational tasks — cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising — while maintaining service levels.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and contribute to brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
