Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach style and service standards.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise, proactive outreach and follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive and process inventory, replenish merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor: manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with asset protection policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training, foster a collaborative team environment, and welcome feedback while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
- Strong verbal English proficiency.
- Social media literacy and experience with live‑stream shopping, video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury‑retail or fashion experience is preferred and will be considered positively.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.
