Coach in San Juan, Puerto Rico seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers on the sales floor and via digital channels; manage pipeline and close transactions.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in store-level initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas; foster a trust-based, high-energy environment and accept feedback professionally.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and maneuvering stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Experience using clienteling tools and collecting customer data to drive repeat business.
  • Comfortable with social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or product video demos (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capability to follow retail procedures, read price/release sheets and communicate clearly via walkie‑talkie when required.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
