Coach — San Diego (Las Americas Outlets): Part‑time Sales Associate delivering luxury retail service, clienteling and omnichannel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences.
- Build and sustain enduring client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and thoughtful follow‑up to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Leverage omnichannel tools—Mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video)—to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and merchandising.
- Maintain visual standards and store presentation; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and logistics: receive shipments, stock shelves, cycle counts and assist in product movement between selling floor and stockroom.
- Operate collaboratively within the team, assist colleagues in different functional areas as required, and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Accept and act on feedback with professionalism; maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Perform physical tasks typical of retail operations, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling and climbing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop for sales and clienteling tasks.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, data capture and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort using short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to perform retail duties, including regular lifting and sustained periods on foot.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; previous experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. Candidates with a mix of retail education and hands‑on selling experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; tertiary or vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
