Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and ongoing follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage inventory cycles, receive shipments, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a well-organised, secure and presentable sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems (mobile POS), with basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie use.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in a stockroom environment.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or omnichannel selling experience is preferred. Experience with social selling or live-stream/video demonstrations and clienteling platforms is an advantage.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
