Coach Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) in Salzburg, Austria. Deliver luxury retail excellence, drive sales, and support store operations. €32k–€38k pro-rated.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred
- Experience with clienteling platforms and customer data acquisition preferred

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail preferred. Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
