Coach in Salt Lake City hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver personalised luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and implementing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling tailored recommendations.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments and replenish the sales floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising, floor standards and stockroom organisation; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support teammates across functional duties, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt selling approach to fluctuating customer volumes and maintain professional composure; contribute constructive feedback and embrace continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalised client experiences.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie communications.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to lift routinely 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and prolonged standing in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium consumer brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting individual sales targets and providing personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study or retail/customer-service certification preferred.
