Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and proactive client acquisition; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into sales.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand trainings and initiatives, accept feedback and adapt behaviours to support team performance and customer experience.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and Mobile POS systems.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and use a walkie-talkie for store communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience or comfort conducting live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail or direct sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and using digital clienteling or omnichannel selling tools is advantageous.
