Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Salt Lake City, UT (City Creek Center) to deliver luxury service, omnichannel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and achievement of individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute omnichannel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Complete daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked while following asset protection procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience with social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience

Minimum of one year of retail sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets; prior luxury retail or omnichannel selling experience preferred.
