Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah (City Creek Center) to deliver luxury client service and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat sales.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: operate mobile POS, process in-store and online transactions, manage buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) and returns.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture client data, source new customers, and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily operational duties including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and cash wrap procedures.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, adhere to asset protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omni-channel retailing is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
