Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (short‑form video, live‑stream demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and disciplined personal sales planning.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and adhere to asset protection and POS procedures.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and contributing to a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback while maintaining a calm professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and client data acquisition skills; familiarity with social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency (required).
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
