Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute strategic follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet business demands
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across all formats: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and actively encourage overall team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors constructively, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad and laptop operation), mobile POS platforms, and walkie-talkie communication
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation accurately
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom safely
