Coach in Rosemont, IL seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omni‑channel sales, and use mobile POS — $15.00–$24.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to stimulate repeat purchases and build loyalty.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video and live streaming) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
- Execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain impeccably merchandised and organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required to sustain business flow.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems; experience using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie in a retail setting.
- Demonstrated clienteling skills and comfort with social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded clienteling experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
