Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage omnichannel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, ship‑to‑store/online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Execute daily store operations: receive and process inventory, replenish merchandise, maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
- Support inventory cycles and asset management activities, including shipment receiving, stock movement and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment; luxury retail experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic digital devices (e.g., iPad, laptop); familiarity with mobile POS workflows and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Demonstrated social-selling aptitude and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and perform sustained floor/stockroom duties.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season periods and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury retail, omnichannel selling and social/live-video commerce is preferred. Experience meeting individual sales targets and using clienteling tools to grow clientele is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
