Coach Sales Associate, Roermond Outlet – Luxury retail role offering €28,000–€35,000 annually, part-time position blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and brand ambassador responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion guidance
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personalized sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute targeted follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business requirements
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels; strictly adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions with efficiency and accuracy including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Actively support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Provide cross-functional support to teammates across operational areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage high performance standards among colleagues
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback, demonstrate behavioral adaptability, and maintain professionalism under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proven knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS systems
- Ability to read price sheets and release schedules accurately
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments
- Preferred: Experience with luxury retail, social media engagement, live-stream shopping, video content creation, clienteling platforms, and customer data acquisition
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail environments, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience with omni-channel retail, customer relationship management, and digital selling platforms is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, retail management, or business is valued but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
