Coach Sales Associate, Roermond outlet – part-time luxury retail role delivering personalized customer service, driving sales, and managing daily store operations. €28k–€35k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques as needed
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Ability to work at a fast pace; capable of lifting 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency
- Flexibility to work a schedule accommodating nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience required, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Experience with luxury fashion retail, social media marketing, live-stream shopping demonstrations, video content creation, and customer data acquisition are strongly preferred.
Education
No specific educational qualification mandated; a combination of relevant sales experience and education will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
