Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in line with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Operate the POS efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups while adhering to asset protection procedures.
  • Support daily store operations: inventory intake, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom maintenance and inventory cycles.
  • Maintain high-floor energy, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic IT devices (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop); ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie‑talkies.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition capability; comfortable using social selling and short‑form video to engage customers (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Customer‑centric attitude, resilience in a fast‑paced environment and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
