Coach hiring Temporary Sales Associate in Rocky View, Alberta—luxury retail position with flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations that support personal and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and store performance targets
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked; follow POS, inventory, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, maintain composure, and adapt behaviors in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling and data acquisition (preferred)
