Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked
  • Maintain adherence to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection standards
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment; assist teammates in functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives and training programs
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or comparable customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer operations (iPad, laptop)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Familiarity with fashion trends, competitor landscape, and luxury retail standards
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
