Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Provide elevated, personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive revenue through proactive selling techniques: cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture client data and support omni-channel fulfilment (online pickup, returns, exchanges).
- Use social selling and short-form video to engage customers and generate repeat business.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
- Perform physical tasks required by the role (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend and kneel).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or premium fashion is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rocky View, Alberta, Canada, with easy access to Calgary.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 15.50 to CAD 20 per hour.
