Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omni-channel demand.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, online order pickup and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges).
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand training initiatives, and contribute to a trust-based, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Demonstrated social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury fashion environment; experience with omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream commerce is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
