Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick-up, returns, exchanges).
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Participate in brand trainings and initiatives; adopt feedback and demonstrate professional, calm customer service under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and social‑selling experience (short‑form video, live‑stream shopping, video demonstrations) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and working within omni‑channel environments is preferred.
