Coach Sales Associate position in Richmond, British Columbia — luxury retail, part-time, $18.25–$21.50 CAD/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining brand integrity
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advisory services
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with client needs
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationship databases, and execute follow-up protocols to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to operational needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain organized, clean sales floor and stockroom environments while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Foster collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Accept feedback constructively and maintain composure and professionalism in service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie communication, and ability to interpret pricing and release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media acumen, and experience with livestream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom safely

Experience
1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. A combination of education and experience will be considered equivalent to stated requirements.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement stated.

The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
