Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support team objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and welcome constructive feedback

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor positioning
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read price sheets and product release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Compensation
