Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with brand service and style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and meeting KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Support day-to-day store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized and secure sales floor and stockroom, adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing traffic and customer needs while managing multiple customers and maintaining high energy on the floor.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop) and experience using mobile POS devices.
- Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and live-stream/video demo formats is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and proven ability in omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting sales targets are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
