Coach Sales Associate in Reno, NV (Meadowood Mall) — part-time retail role delivering luxury client service and omnichannel selling for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, tailored styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omnichannel sales activities using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickup, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain salesfloor and stockroom standards, follow asset-protection procedures and support inventory cycles.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and assist teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and kneeling.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role; candidates with luxury retail background or demonstrable clienteling and omni-channel selling experience will be prioritized. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
