Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through styling, product knowledge, and tailored recommendations that drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Engage clients across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture data and stimulate omni‑channel demand.
  • Manage daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing and replenishment.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor and stockroom in a clean, organized and fully stocked condition.
  • Participate in inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and execute product movement and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Source and follow up with prospective customers to close sales and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, maintain high energy on the floor and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Take part in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Operational knowledge of POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least 1+ years of retail sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and omni‑channel selling exposure preferred.
