Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Rehoboth Beach, DE — deliver luxury client service and omni‑channel sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and follow‑up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Receive shipments, support inventory cycles, maintain stockroom and sales floor organization, and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and omni‑channel selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
