Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Rehoboth Beach, DE to deliver luxury retail service, omnichannel sales and clienteling for Tapestry's Coach brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service and delivering elevated, personalized luxury service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, expert product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture data and convert opportunities across channels.
  • Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), perform inventory receiving and replenishment, and execute visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop, walkie-talkie and reading price/release documentation.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
  • Social media savvy and familiarity with clienteling, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; previous luxury retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting KPIs and working in fast-paced, customer-facing retail environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
