Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Raleigh, NC (Crabtree Valley) to deliver elevated client experiences for Tapestry's Coach store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and personalized styling advice.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and well stocked.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, POS and company retail policies; lift and move product as required (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfort using mobile POS.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies for store communication.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel and lift merchandise as required.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience and demonstrable results in clienteling and sales performance are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
