Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high floor energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business demands
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
  • Basic computer proficiency with iPad, laptop, and digital tools
  • Ability to read and interpret price and release sheets
  • Proficiency in walkie-talkie communication
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
