Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Queenstown, Maryland to deliver luxury retail and omni‑channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and in‑store systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture data, source new customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Perform daily operational tasks: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and execute store policies.
- Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; safely lift and move product (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Demonstrated social‑selling aptitude and familiarity with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment with a flexible schedule.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium retail experience and demonstrable clienteling success will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Queenstown, Maryland, USA, with easy access to Baltimore.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
