Coach is hiring a Temporary Part‑time Sales Associate in Pottstown, PA (Philadelphia Premium Outlets). Join Coach to deliver elevated luxury service and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and post‑visit follow up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and facilitate omni‑channel transactions.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient processing of purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Maintain a well‑presented, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement) and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and to read price/release documentation.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail experience, strong clienteling and omni‑channel selling experience will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail/customer service experience will be considered.
