Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Pottstown, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Premium Outlets). Deliver elevated, omni-channel luxury retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalised service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data, and support omni-channel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Utilise clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to acquire and engage customers.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, receiving shipments, and stockroom maintenance.
  • Maintain floor readiness, assist teammates across functional areas, and adhere to POS, inventory, and asset-protection procedures.
  • Participate in brand initiatives and training; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and respond constructively to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre stockroom and sales floor.
  • Strong English language proficiency; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or product video demos preferred.

Experience
