Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked according to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop, mobile POS technology, and walkie-talkies
  • Ability to read price tags, release sheets, and promotional materials
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video content creation (preferred)
  • Experience with clienteling systems and customer data acquisition (preferred)
