Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
  • Basic computer literacy with iPad and laptop platforms
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
