Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Execute omnichannel selling: process transactions, manage online order pickups, and convert digital leads using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Capture and maintain client data via clienteling systems and social selling platforms to support retention and repeat purchases.
  • Maintain high energy and professionalism on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
  • Adhere to store policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols to safeguard merchandise and cash.
  • Support inventory cycles and participate in stock counts and product movement between floor and stockroom.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities, and mentor colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Demonstrable competence with POS operation and basic digital tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail trading hours.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and following operational procedures.
